Early Childhood (Mini Program)

Start Date: February 1st 2025 (in San Diego)

Length of Program: Four Months (February - June 2025)

Location: In Person & Zoom Meetings (see details below)

Saturday Intensives (In-Person):

2 sessions at Waldorf School of San Diego 9am -5pm

2 sessions at Highland Hall in Los Angeles 9am -5pm

2 workshops at Waldorf School of Orange County 9am -4:30pm

NOTE: Participants will have to travel to various locations for program 9am -5pm

Zoom Sessions (online):

5 Mentoring Monday sessions, 7pm - 8pm

4 Waldorf Essential sessions, Tuesday 3:30pm -5pm

Qualifications: High School Diploma

What you will earn: 55 Credit Hours (includes 2hrs of independent work)

Tuition: $1940 NOTE: Monthly payments plans are available and you can apply for need based tuition assistance.

About Program: .

Classes cover Child development, anthroposophy, art and music and movement.

• Creating a nurturing space for young children where they can play and practice with purpose. 

• What does it mean to be ready for grade 1, and how can I work with families to help them better understand.

• Why we tell fairy tales, and which ones. Kinds of crafts can I use with young children. 

• Songs and music can to bring to the Waldorf Early childhood setting.
